2 or more years of experience in sales support, customer service, and/or order operations role.Transition client upon IR case closure to appropriate internal channels.Work with Business and Sales Operations to ensure system work is coordinated between internal stakeholders.Maintain accurate client, partner, and referral records.Coach clients and partners on our SaaS system to ensure account activation.Proactively monitor cases, track milestones weekly to keep Incident Response Directors and the Finance team informed, and escalate any areas of concern as needed.Create Service Agreements (SAs) and Statements of Work (SOW) and issue to all required parties within IR Service Level Agreement (SLA).Complete new client and partner onboarding tasks and initiate internal project components efficiently to ensure the Incident Response team can respond to new clients as quickly as possible.Provide administrative support to Incident Response (IR) Directors through the lifecycle of IR cases.You are an all-hands-on-deck team player striving to support the overall service delivery. Professional Service Coordinators are responsible for maintaining data integrity between two CRM instances, external-facing portals, finance, and other internal systems. This individual will need to have a high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple work-streams at any given time. The primary responsibility of this role is to assist the fast growth of our Incident Response team by playing a cross-functional role between our Incident Response (IR), Sales, and Finance departments.
